About Our Collaboration
Welcome to the strategic collaboration platform between the Environmental Bamboo Foundation (YBLL) and PT Pertamina (Persero). This partnership has spanned two phases of program implementation from 2022 to 2025, reflecting our shared commitment to tackling the climate crisis through sustainable, nature-based solutions. Through the 'Bamboo for the Indonesian Archipelago' (Bambu untuk Masyarakat Nusantara) Program, we integrate environmental restoration, community empowerment, and renewable energy innovation based on a bamboo agroecology approach. We believe that bamboo is a multidimensional solution capable of harmoniously connecting the agriculture, forestry, social, cultural, and local economic sectors simultaneously driving a restorative economy, strengthening community resilience, and supporting inclusive, low-carbon, and sustainable development.
